VENDOR RULES & REGULATIONS

RBBC is not liable or responsible for delays, cancellations or postponement of the event due to inclement weather, war, government actions, strike, or other matters beyond our control.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations. This is a rain or shine event.

Booth space is rented on a first come, first serve basis. Primary location will be the annex building located on the church property. An overflow tent (with sides, if necessary, due to weather) will be set up at the end of the annex building, connecting as close as the landscape allows.

We reserve the right to limit the number of vendors in a particular category (e.g. jewelry, candles, etc.)

Direct Sale Vendors will be limited to one from each company. (e.g. Scentsy, Norwex, Mary Kay, Pampered Chef, etc.)

Non-Profit Informational tables will be considered for participation. You must adhere to the foundational beliefs of RBBC. Absolutely NO political campaigns.

Craft Fair Coordinators may choose to deny a vendor based on appropriateness of products or duplication of categories.

RBBC Youth will be hosting a bake sale, along with a hotdog lunch including drinks.

Set up will begin at 8:00am. The Bazaar will run from 9am-1pm. Please be set for the duration of the event. Let us know if additional time for setup is necessary.

$25.00 fee per 6’ table. Multiple tables are guaranteed to be connected.

RBBC will provide one 6’ table and 2 folding chairs.

Participants are responsible for the set-up and cleanup of their table space.

Participants cannot impede others’ space. (e.g. sign or display blockage.)

Vendors will not be allowed to move table locations once assigned. No exceptions.

Vendors keep all profits from their sales. The entry fee will go to the RBBC Building Fund.

Table assignments will be issued at the discretion of the RBBC Coordinators. You may request a particular space or location for consideration. First priority will be first come, first serve, and then separation of like product tables. No guarantees are made that your request can be honored.

You must list every type of product category you will be selling. (e.g. candles, blankets, cups, ornaments, wreaths, etc.) Failure to list all categories may result in prohibition of selling items not listed if there is a conflict with another vendor.
